Legal Requirements
We will assist you in registering your property with the Private Residential Tenancies Board (PRTB). The PRTB WAS ESTABLISHED IN September 2004 and is a legal requirement for each landlord to register their property with them.

We can also recommend our company solicitor who will be happy to assist you with any legal requirements.

Information on Tax Relief
Tax is payable on the rental income on an investment property but this of course can be avoided or reduced if a ‘Section 23’ property is also acquired. Property owners can claim against the rental income on an investment property.
