Our service includes:
Viewings
Viewing your own property can be extremely time
consuming. We will arrange all viewings with potential
tenants, saving you a lot of hassle. We will also
check all relevant references.
Inventory
We will provide a full in depth inventory which
will be signed by Tenant(s) and a represenitive
from Galvin 2 Let.

Transfer of Utility Bills
We will arrange meter readings to be taken on
the day tenancy begins. The utilities will be
transferred into the new tenant’s name.

Inspection
Once your property has been successfully
let, we will make regular visits to ensure
that it is being maintained to an adequate
standard.
Rent Collection
As part of our management service we collect
the rent on your behalf each month, this
ensures prompt, regular and hassle free
payment.
Point of Contact
We will be the point of contact for your
tenants if any issues arise.

Maintenance
From time to time, maintenance issues can arise.
We have access to a list of expert and reliable
tradesmen who can handle any day to day maintenance
issues. Once a problem occurs we will contact
you for confirmation to have the issues dealt
with.
