Heathfield buyer’s guide
Booking
You can reserve your new home by paying a €2,500
booking deposit made payable to Manor Park Homebuilder’s
solicitors, O'Donnell Sweeney Eversheds. You will
be given a receipt containing details including
the address and purchase price of the house. While
the booking deposit paid is fully refundable prior
to signing of formal contracts, Manor Park Homebuilders
undertake to fix the price as per the receipt,
provided contracts are returned and signed to
the developer's solicitor within 21 days of issue.
Signing Contracts
Contracts will be sent to your solicitor, who
having examined them will ask you to sign them,
so they can be returned to the developer's solicitor
within 21 days. At this stage you must pay an
additional €4,500.
